Safari Drive lofts is the place to be if you want the cool modern look to your office and residence. Bright orange awnings advertise your business if you pick a live-work loft in the front. 

The two story modern lofts have an open floorplan.  Office space is generally mixed in with the living space downstairs. 

 

Safari Drive is tucked back from Scottsdale Road, and sits adjacent to the Scottsdale canal and across the street from Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Get the latest Live-Work Condo at Soho

Pretend you're working outside with a roll-up door that opens from your office to the courtyard outside.  The 9x16 (approximate) office is a separate room on the first floor and there is a half-bath and a foyer which will work for a receptionist desk or waiting room.  Built in 2017, the Soho live-work condo development is really gearing itself as the place for small business owners to gather and collaborate.

The Best Signage Opportunities are at Artesia

You'll have to move fast to get one of the live/work townhome style condos at Artesia, because they rarely are for sale.  There are only a few live-work options at this mostly condo-style development and the best ones open up to a parking area where visitors to the adjacent shopping and restaurant are may view your sign.  Artesia is the best option for those looking for the most professional entrance.  Your visiting clients may not realize you live upstairs. 

Offices are one room that have an entry door from the outside and also into the residence.  The living space is on the second and third floors, and the garage entrance is in the back.

Loloma 5 in the heart of Old town

The small Loloma 5 development has only 5 condos, and all have a small, enclosed office space on the first floor.  These are the oldest of the live-work condos, built in 2004, and are in an excellent location in the old-town/arts district area of Scottsdale.
