Of course we love it when more construction in Scottsdale has a luxury condo component, but the Palmaraie makes us downright giddy.  Why, because not only does this development on the Corner of Scottsdale Rd. and Indian Bend provide a backdrop to the Ritz Carlton Villas, under construction now, but also the newly announced Fendi Residences.

$2 Billion is being poured into the Palmaraie development, that will include the Ritz Carlton Hotel and a high-end shopping/dining venu, as well as the condos and homes of the Ritz Carlton Residences and now the 41 unit Fendi development.  Though details are slim, the Fendi Residences will probably bring into the mix its designer products available through it's Fendi Casa furniture collection.

Though Fendi also brands the Fendi Chateau Residences in Florida, a swanky beachfront community, the Fendi Residences in Scottsdale is the first newly constructed development in the US for this company.
