Swimming season will be in full swing in May, and Scottsdale high rise owners have some beautiful pools to help them cool off.  While the thick blooded snow birds have been swimming since February, the rest of us wait for outside temperatures to reliability reach above 90 before venturing in.

Just about every Scottsdale condo community has a pool.  But you don't have to get in the pool to enjoy it at some of Scottsdale's luxury high rise communities, because the pools we're highlighting here also have a view to go with that inviting water. Here are a few with notable views:

 

Have some golf with your pool at The Landmark (shown above).  The pool at the landmark is on the ground floor, but there's a full frontal view of the golf course from this pretty pool area.  With the waterfall spilling in the background, this pool area has a serene atmosphere.  Landmark homeowners use this area often for resident or private parties, or just to relax and read a book.  The Landmark clubhouse  and outdoor kitchen area opens out to the pool area to make a great space for get-togethers.

City Lights at The Mark Pool.  Condo owners at the Mark can enjoy city lights with their pool.   The cabana style shade areas make you feel like you're in a fancy resort.  The pool is just one of the many resort-y characteristics of the Mark.

Above it All at the Scottsdale Waterfront Pool.  The Scottsdale Waterfront has a distinct advantage over the rest of the field in this competition.  As the tallest condo structure in the city, it's no wonder that the Waterfront pool view is spectacular.  With the mountains in the background, the city lights at night, and the view of the Waterfront area, this view makes a great backdrop to a swim in the pool or a residents' party.

Another Marvelous Rooftop View from the Optima Kierland Pool.  One of the newer contenders for highrise pool excellence is the Optima Kierland. Designed for lap swimming, this pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and flanked by the outdoor kitchen/bar. The panoramic view is one you can never get tired of.
