Paradise Valley, Arizona is a quiet, desert town sandwiched in between Scottsdale and the Phoenix Mountain Preserved and the edge of Phoenix. The town of Paradise Valley was established in 1961 and today, it's one of the state's premier tourist destinations with several posh resorts. The real estate in this area includes some of the most expensive and luxurious in the Southwest with the mountain slopes bedecked with multi-million dollar homes.
Most of the Condos that have Paradise Valley addresses are actually part of the City of Scottsdale, but they enjoy the proximity to Paradise Valley, while having Scottsdale services and a lower price tag. One exception is the Villas at Mountain Shadows and the Mountain Shadows Resort Hotel, which sit in the picturesque location near Camelback Mountain.
