On Fractional ownerships, each owner gets 6 pre-planned weeks (they are not usually all consecutive), but more time may be available during the non-peak seasons.
Homeowner’s fees are approximately $1180/month (for fractional ownerships), but it covers taxes, insurance, all utilities, all maintenance for both the interior and the exterior of the villa, the community clubhouse and the common areas.
