You'll have some good choices in the 3000 square foot range too. There are 4 "smaller" size floorplans at 2058-2381 square foot range, but that's still large as far as condos go. A nice midpoint floorplan is the 3202 square foot plan with 3 bedrooms and 480 square feet of outdoor living space

The 20-acre Ritz-Carlton hotel property will have restaurants, a spa, a 400-foot signature pool and event space, all within a short walk from the villas and with the high level of service expected by those familiar with the Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world.

In addition, the Palmarai shopping/dining district promises a high end experience, again a short walk away from the villas.

However, as of this writing, the developer of these properties is in danger of foreclosure and has begun a lawsuit against its lender, who has begun foreclosure proceedings. The development has faced repeated hurdles since inception, including a 2024 jury award of $2 million in a separate construction dispute. This could put the entire non-residential portions (the hotel and the Palmeraie shopping district) at risk of not being completed.

So if hotel access is paramount to you, holding off on a purchase until this skirmish plays out may be a good idea. But phase one of the stand-alone Ritz Carlton Residences is built out, with gorgeous pool and community facilities, ready to be enjoyed.
