Watch out Optima Camelview, you'll be getting some downtown condo competition in the Spring of 2016. Our team has started submitting conditional contracts for Envy Residences  even though building hasn't been started.   The community is being developed by Deco Communities, run by executives formerly of the Starpointe Communities brand, which was responsible for several condo communities in the Scottsdale area in the past decade.

Because of its location, price and trendy exterior and interior, we're expecting this community to be in demand, especially as it gets closer to completion.

The Envy building will be eight stories and have 90 units at completion, with contemporary kitchens and baths, wood floors and large balconies.  There will be underground parking,  pool, spa and a 3000 sq foot fitness center.   In addition, if you like to throw a party, the "Envy Black label club" room will  handle up to 50 guests in a lounge setting.

Envy will be located behind the Hotel Indigo just south of Camelback Road on 75th St.  This is the Entertainment district with bars and restaurants just outside of Envy's front door.  Another high end apartment building is being constructed nearby as well.  Though all these new residents will make the area busier, it will also invite more businesses to open up here too, to service this large affluent audience.
