Angela Covey has been representing my wife and I on our journey to sell our home and buy a condominium. We have not been an easy client to satisfy. We had very specific features we were looking for in our Condo search which is probably our last home.
When it came to selling our existing home Angela’s skills came to light. She proved to me that she is an experienced, skilled agent with a real pulse on the market. Angela listed our home for more than I thought we would. However, her recommendation was spot-on, and we sold very near the asking price.

I have had nothing other than the highest praise and respect possible for Angela during my experience of working with her as my realtor. It turned out to be a true stroke of luck that Angela was the listing agent for a property that I wanted to buy. She agreed to a dual agency where she also represented me as my agent. This type of arrangement can be a bit tricky for realtors serving as representation for both buyer and seller. But at no point did I ever feel misrepresented. In fact, I was so impressed with her diligence, commitment to my concerns, servicing in the timeliest manner any/all requests necessary for the transaction to complete, and simply "on it" whenever needed. Her thorough market analysis had us comfortable with her recommended listing price for our unit and arrangement of high quality photos and her write up for the listing really had it showing its best.  Her professionalism and excellent communication, keeping us informed on open houses, viewings, and feedback from potential buyers was much appreciated.  She took on a repair requirement at our condo of her own initiative, and advised us after everything was taken care of - this relieved a lot of potential stress for us as we were nearing the close date for the sale and were not in the city at the time. I can't say enough good things about Angela.  She has assisted me before, both buying and selling properties.  She quickly learns what my current priorities and interests are, is well informed about the real local estate market, always quickly finds me a property that works well for me which saves me lots of time.
